In Orlando, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Florida on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

After spending time with family, we wanted a good meal and decided to try Tartini Express. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was solid, and although we arrived during a slower time, pickup orders kept rolling in, which is usually a good sign. Hubby ordered the lasagna, and just look at that beautifully browned cheese. It tasted just as good as it looked. He also ordered a pizza, which was another win. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and it was packed with shrimp and flavor. The portion was generous enough that I happily took leftovers home. My little sis ordered the mozzarella sticks and chicken Parmesan. The mozzarella was pulling for dear life, and she loved the chicken parm, especially the rich red sauce. The only thing that missed the mark for me was the focaccia. It wasn’t bad, but it was thinner, crispier, and saltier than I expected. It reminded me more of seasoned thin-crust pizza than the fluffy focaccia inside I’ve had before, including in Italy. Overall, though, the food was flavorful, the company was even better, and we’d definitely go back. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ (4.5/5) Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dinner tonight was amazing! We went out for my husband's birthday and Ivan took great care of us! The cheese wheel pasta was amazing as always and the sangria hit the spot! We'll definitely be back for another celebration! Thank you, Ivan for a great night! <3

This place is yet another hidden local gem. The food is every bit as good as you'd expect it to be. Its a bit pricey, but its high quality ingredients with an actual wood fire oven. Bar stools are a bit uncomfortable and they didn't have anything on draft when I was there, but other than that this place is a great cozy neighborhood pizza place. Has a beautiful patio (I'm not sure if it was due to the colder weather) but it did seem under utilized. I'll be back k to try the draft selection in a few days.

We stumbled on this Italian spot because we were in the area late one evening hunting for something to eat and we weren't familiar with the area. I couldn't find a place to eat since there weren't many food options in that area so I just pulled into the plaza and saw that the restaurant was open so we decided to check it out and we're the only ones in the restaurant. It was such a surprise at how amazing the food was. Brick oven pizza and authentic Italian cooking. Delicious. We ordered the italiana pizza and subbed the garlic oil for the red sauce, and also ordered the penne alla vodka, and let me tell you - my fiance is Italian and I'm quite the foodie, and we both were quite impressed with everything about the food and service! It just jumped high on our ranks of Italian restaurants! We will definitely be back!
